DEFINE

- Interview (from 1st, technical, up to final)

ONBOARDING
- Assist with contractual agreements
- Client and candidate care before start date

START
- Final check and handover to Operations/HR

Recruitment Phases
Phase 1: Define
- Engaging with an appropriate sample of key stakeholders for Define interviews
- Define Interviews with key stakeholders completed
- Define report (including “Keys to Entry”) compiled by engagement team for the role and presented to key stakeholders
- Agree on companies to engage in market research
- Define Report signed off by the Client for utilisation by engagement team in following phases
- Accurate role profile and search strategy
Phase 2: Search
- Advertise role in agreed to media
- Manage responses
- Map the talent according to the defined criteria for this role
- Present candidate identification list/ Longlist (min 8 max 20 candidates)
- Talent contact and engagement programme
- Telephonic pre-screening of each candidate according to entry criteria started
- Interview candidates as agreed based on longlist Candidates will be
- placed through a competency-based interview (CBI) process, and
- evaluated on competencies contained in the Define output report
Phase 3: Select
- Complete all relevant checks (MIE, Referencing etc)
- Final screening of candidates to identify the candidate shortlist
- Presentation of the final candidate shortlist to the client
Phase 4: Appointment, Assessment & Support
- Client interviews with the final candidate shortlist
- Comprehensive candidate checks (References, Forensics and Qualifications)
- Psychometric assessments (A comprehensive assessment service can be provided and customised for BBI. We have included a recommended battery with costing)
- In addition, leadership alignment, onboarding and 90-day plan to ensure ease of immersion and speed to performance (NOT INCLUDED IN NORMAL SEARCH APPROACH. THIS CAN BE AGREED BASED ON CLIENT NEED AND QUOTED FOR SEPARATELY)
